Jayden + Madalyn Engagement

I had a client ask me yesterday to explain my edit style... The simple version is, classic, bold, rich and true to color. Let me explain why.

As a photographer, one of my key missions is to capture the world as it is. The magic of photography lies in its ability to freeze a moment in time, allowing us to revisit and relive it over and over again. In a world dominated by filters and overly stylized images, I’ve committed myself to the art of true-to-color editing. Let me take you on a journey through why this approach matters and how I achieve it in my work.

True-to-color editing is about authenticity. It’s about presenting an image that accurately reflects the scene as it appeared in real life. This doesn't mean that the photo is devoid of artistic expression; rather, it celebrates the natural beauty and colors that exist in the world around us. When people look at their photos, they want to remember the moment as it was. True-to-color editing helps in preserving the integrity of these memories.
